FUNDA\u021aII IZOLATE<\/h2>\n                                                                                                <p>Funda\u021bia reprezint\u0103 partea inferioar\u0103 a unei construc\u021bii ce are rolul de a transmite \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103rile la teren \u0219i de a participa, al\u0103turi de celelalte elemente structurale, la asigurarea rezisten\u021bei, stabilit\u0103\u021bii, exploat\u0103rii \u0219i durabilit\u0103\u021bii construc\u021biei.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Cele mai simple <strong>funda\u021bii<\/strong> sunt cele <strong>izolate<\/strong>. Dimensiunile funda\u021biilor depind de caracteristicile terenului de fundare \u0219i de for\u021bele transferate de st\u00e2lpi. FUNDA\u021aII CONTINUE<\/h4>\n                                                                                                <p>Funda\u021biile continue pot fi alc\u0103tuite ca grinzi independente sau ca re\u021bele de grinzi. Solu\u021bia de\u00a0<strong>grind\u0103 de fundare<\/strong>\u00a0continu\u0103 sub st\u00e2lpi se impune \u00een cazul \u00een care funda\u021biile izolate nu pot fi centrate sub st\u00e2lpi sau c\u00e2nd nu pot fi extinse suficient \u00een plan.
